Hi,
Seniors I have a query – Is notice period applicable in probation period? Please Reply to this.
Provided that, the company mentioned following things regarding notice period in appointment letter,
The period of notice: will be one month on either side or salary in lieu thereof, however in case of resignation the notice period may be waived off at the discretion of the management.

HI Sachhin,
Notice period is applicable in probabtion, based on the company policy. Normally organizations mention that in the offer letter. At management's descretion the same can be waived off.

Notice Period depends on the company's policy
your appointment letter says that one month notice period is applicable to everybody irrespective of probationers or confirmed employees

Hi Sachin
Notice period is not necessary in probation period, but you cant expect the favorable from your current company and that exp is also not added. In background verification they will give bad remarks.
