I have absconded from a company after 15 days of joining. They asked to serve a complete 2 month of notice period, which I declined. Its been 2 months, the employer is making PF amount payment every month. I haven't taken any salary or anything. I am not sure whether it is legal to make a PF contribution if you are not paying a salary.
I am not sure what to do and how the new employer will react to this. If you all please guide me, I will be very grateful to you.

PF is contributed on salary paid/ payable and if there is no salary there should not be any PF contribution also. I don't know why your employer is doing so, but it may be done due to oversight. It is a fact that so long as the contribution to your account is alive you cannot mark exit and do any transfer of account. In order to take vengeance for not serving notice period, I don't think that any employer will do like this. Talk to the employer.
