Once your KYC updated in the EPF site, then UAN created and you must be deducted under this number. Any other views are welcome.

Dear Renuka, I do agree with you. Even I always advise the same. But can you please share any circular or Rule as evidence??? Nilesh Dhameliya

If 15000 basic is the salary on his joining, then he can be excluded. On the other hand, if he has been a member of PF (existing member) you should continue contributing at least on Rs 15000. This applies to a new joinee whose salary at the time of joining your establishment is more than Rs 15000 but was a PF member with his previous company and he has not withdrawn that PF on leaving that company.
he has not withdrawn that PF on leaving that company.
