Query: During graduation time, i worked with a departmental store after 9 days, I joined a data entry company from the departmental store. Date of exit and data entry company data of joining should be the same as per my EPFO portal I have those relieving letters as per EPFO dates accordingly but HR is asking to provide clarification for the one-day overlapping for the departmental store and data entry company can anyone help to provide clarification for these scenarios
