Article about RECRUITMENT is very nice.
Thanx for sharing the knowledge.In fact i would like to add something before the induction pgm.I think that there will be "compensation negotiation" between the hiring manager and the candidate which is an important process before recruiting a candidate.

Dear Mr.Meyyappan,
Very informative article but normally Medical Test for employee will be kept after offer release and before joining the company.
there might be slight mistake while preparing i.e, psychometric test-negotiation-offer-followup-ref check- joining-induction
