In our company based in Maharashtra- a private limited company- the rule for earned leave is 21 working days = 1 earned leave.
As per above rule;
1) how many leaves an employee can get in a year
2) how to calculate qty of leaves as per 21 working days
Please assist me with the formula and calculation as per the above rule.
