Hi, I was part of Company A until May 29 2021. However, I joined company B on May 21, and the very next day after realizing that it might create issues in the future I informed the recruiter of B that I will not be joining B but by that time my employee id was already created. I didn't bother at that time thinking since I have told them that I will not be joining so they will close my account.
Later post the 29th of May I joined company C where I gave the relieving letter of A and didn't disclose anything about company C as I thought it was just for a day and this would not be an issue.
Now I have put my resignation in Company C and just a week before my last working day I got an email stating that an inquiry has been set up against you for hiding facts and for a dual appointment. I did put all the details to the inquiry team but they are saying this could lead to your termination.
Could someone please suggest what needs to be done?
