Hi,
Organize group discussions. Give them a topic and ask them to discuss it. Observe without disturbing in the middle. Suggest areas where they need to improve. Advise them to read newspapers in the morning and listen to English news, etc.
You can also organize training classes. However, self-initiative from the employee is more important. You can't spoon-feed every time.

I am a trainer of Business Communication. Only last week, I conducted training for employees of Voltas in Bangalore. You can search for NK Sundaram on the internet. You can watch my videos - more than 150, on YouTube, about my various training activities at youtube.com/@NKSUNDARAM. I have been in the training domain since 2011, conducting training across India and Gulf countries for all industries, at all levels, in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada.
