Dear Krushna,
There are no shortcuts to bringing improvements in your verbal and written communication skills. Only continuous efforts on your end and a strong urge to make true improvements in your communication skills are the only mantra. However, I am sharing some tips which I have applied to improve my communication skills:
1. Start reading a reputed English newspaper regularly. Initially, you may not enjoy it and may find it burdensome, but over time, you will start enjoying it.
2. Make sure to watch news in regional languages understood by you, as well as English.
3. Spare a few moments to stand in front of a mirror and pronounce words/sentences loudly. See your facial expressions in the mirror. This practice will improve your pronunciation skills and enhance your confidence level tremendously.
4. Try your best to be in the company of those whom you think are good in their communication skills.
5. Start communicating in simple and concise words and sentences.
Just apply the above steps as suggested, and results will start becoming visible over time.
Kind regards,

Hello Krushna,
The above two postings have given you a very good idea of what you should do. Please remember that communication involves reading, writing, speaking, and listening. To start with, try to listen more than you speak. Also, make sure you read more than you write. Devote your time accordingly. With progress, you will notice a perceptible change in six months' time.
Good luck,
