I am working for a company from 1-SEP-2017 and will be leaving on 31-AUG-2022.
Firstly please confirm am I eligible to get gratuity as it is exact 5 years of service.
Secondily, first two years of my service was with my HQ based in different country as India subsidary was not available, then next three years of my service is with same company India subsidary, so after two service i was transferred to India subsidary with same terms.
Please advise am i eligible to obtain gratuity.
