Hi Can anybody help me out on what specific compliance under various labour laws/Rules (Rajasthan) be ensured by contractor employing more than 800 manpower in rajasthan location.

To start, comply with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Interstate Migrants Act, PF Act 1952, ESI Act 1948 /EC Act 1923, Labour Welfare Fund Act, Maternity Benefit Act 1961, Minimum Wages Act 1948.
