1week Jan 2022 with a request of releasing by 1st week Feb 2022(1month). As per clause in the appointment letter in the section 16. Termination notice - I will be serving 30 days notice period out of total 90 days to the organization and the rest 60 days should be adjusted by privilege leaves/payment. Release me in this fashion to support my ailing parents due to the ongoing COVID situation. Requesting you to release me soon. I will complete all my assignments and send you the company alloted accessories

On this note the manager is giving issue that he doesn't have any resources and he is not willing to leave me before 60 days
On the above resignation can anyone help me out how to overcome and leave the company

Abhishek - it looks like you have copy pasted your question from somewhere.

Nevertheless, please go to your appointment letter and see the termination clause. Please read your notice period correctly and serve it accordingly.

If the Management is saying that they cannot release you by that time, it is an issue from their side as an employee cannot be held back on some false pretexts beyond notice period. This doesn't happen unless there is unsatisfactory performance, insubordination, carelessness and non-compliance from employee's side - which is not the case with you here, I presume.

Practical advice - please set up a meeting with your supervisor and HR contact immediately, and work on a mutually agreed release date. It is not right and legal to hold an employee back. Companies must take this matter seriously. Also, for you, please perform your duties with utmost care, diligence and in a disciplined manner during this period.
