Normally before filing any accident Report be very caution for not missing the critical and correct information. To my understanding you can upload the accident report only once and edit option is not available. However kindly meet your Local Office Manager and submit Manual Report as well as check the possibility of on-line amendment who will be guiding you effectively more than any one else.
In the mean time you may file amended Manual Accident Report mentioning the changes in the on-line report and giving reference to the Report already filed to the Local Office Manager without delay .
