I signed bond for 2 years in Capgemini company and I worked for 3 years and resigned. I took back the resignation and want to resign again after 20 days.
Is that possible? Will any HR policy stop me? What will be consequences of going against HR and manager?

You can resign from the Job and your settlement will be done as per your employment terms.

Dear Colleague,

You had a bond for 2 years and served more than that and completed 3 years. Hence there is no question of any relations to bond that is no more existing. As far as withdraw and again resign there is no bar on number of such time legally. But morally and professionally it will demonstrate that you are confused and struggling to take important decisions. Hence have a deep thinking before resignation and if you decide to leave decide firmly. Resigning and then withdrawing and again resigning affects your professional image as well as put your manager into confusion. Keep one thing in mind that no one is indispensable in any company and they will find next person immediately. It is you who need to have clear directions and path for your career.

In famous book " Thirukural" it is mentioned that ....

" For taking decisions one has to think several times and give deep thoughts- Once decided
Never Look back and simply proceed"

This is a life lesson for any decision making process. All the Best.

I have signed a bond for 2 years in a IT company and I have completed 3 years in it.
But I have resigned once and served 70 days notice and again took back my resignation. Now I need to resign again in 20 days after taking back my papers since I got job in other sector.

I don't no how to face this. Kindly suggest and will I face any problems from HR legally if I abscond.

Dear Colleague,
My answer above still valid. Kindly do not chose the option of " Absconding" Directly express your difficulties in continuing if you decided once far all and leave formally by adhering to process laid down and confident.

Yes, there are employers file Civil Cases on such instances for breach of employment contract.
