I (am a woman) was hired as a fresher in a bpo as an HR executive. Since my performance was satisfactory I was given alot of responsibilities Like org wide fun activities and managing my responsibilities of an executive too. 3 months ago an AVP (woman) operations decides to give me feedback by saying I'm not focused at work and asks me if I am dating someone from work.
While I cleared the air I am focused and not dating anyone she now picks on me by tagging me with an agent! I have actually decided to move out from the process she leads else quit which was. Informed to my senior manager which was found out by the AVP and she tells me its no big deal. I don't know what should I do since I've completed 15 months and it's been humiliating for me to work this way.

There is a certain pathological type of personalities in organisations, they cannot bear to see anyone being happy at work. So they create problems by belittling others and enjoy great satisfaction in doing so. To set them right is a very difficult process, ignore them works at times but better to look for an alternate job, as the offender is AVP and would be difficult to get along with her
