Hello Everyone,
I want to write an offer letter to one of our trainees, mentioning that if he maintains good performance during his internship, we will offer him full-time employment with a competitive salary. Please suggest some formats.
Thanks & Regards

Dear member,
It is customary to convert the trainees into permanent employees. This transition has occurred in many companies and may be applicable to your company as well. There is no need to provide a written letter. A verbal assurance from senior management personnel should suffice.
You have employed a "Trainee" in your organization. Could you please specify his/her qualifications and the expected training period? Using the term "Keeping performance well" is vague. Have you established measurable levels of performance such as "Excellent," "Very Good," "Good," and "Average"? If not, have you defined the Key Result Areas (KRAs) for this position?
When giving a verbal assurance, senior management personnel can simply state that the performance should meet a certain grade or percentage. Setting clear targets will help motivate the trainee.
Thanks,
