Hello, when I ask HR to process my full and final with comp-off and earn leaves compensation than HR told me that "Comp off/CL are not considered when Employee resigns your position. We can consider PL only". is this right? And please suggest what i can do to get this. I have my leave cards as proof where my Tech lead signs for comp-off.
