My Sister got employed in a MNC Company and joining is in October.
She has Nine years experience. After working in a company for about five years. She joined a small company. They promised her Hyderabad location but immediately after joining wanted her to relocate to Dubai. She had a five months old kid then and so declined the offer. She was paid one month salary and was not given reliving letter.
She joined another MNC without Problem. She got this new offer but did not disclose this one month issue to them.
Will that get revealed when she fills EPFO Composite Form 11? Is there any problem if she do not mention that one month employment in Form 11?
Please advise next steps.
