Is temporary structure / sheds allowed under factory act and rules?

Factory Inspectorate's express approval/permission is a must before erecting any structure, whatsoever, in alteration or in addition to the approved plan.

The Factory Act of 1948 and the rules thereunder, whether by the Central or any State, to my knowledge, nowhere describe any permanent or temporary structure/shed.
If the factory inspector finds any structure/shed erected in the factory during his visit or in the case of any accident/incident caused by such a structure/shed in the factory, he will not differentiate between whether it is permanent or temporary. If such a structure/shed erected in the factory is not in the approved plans, then you are in default and liable for action.
A temporary monsoon shed erected on the outer wall of the factory also requires permission from the local authority. If the factory inspector finds such a temporary monsoon shed without permission from the local authority, he will not spare you. The local authority will also not spare you.
