Hello, My wife is 8 weeks pregnant but she has not informed her manager. Today morning she got call from her manager saying he will put her in PIP. She worked really hard last year but unfortunately she is in PIP. But this has increased tension in her and already had 2 miscarriage.
Can you help me out how to tackle this situation.

You need to inform the company officially about the pregnancy.
Give the medical certificate and highlight the the point that she should not be stressed presently.
PIP can be done after her maternity leave.tactfully handle the matter.
