Dear All, Greetings of the day! Hope you all are fine. As all of you aware about the epidemic of the nation. So due to this our Management has decided to reduce the salary of the all employees during this in spite of sack off to employees. Which is a really good decision but now i have a question - after reducing what will happen to those employees whose gross will reduced less then or equal to Rs. 21000/- . Either they will be the members of ESIC contribution or not. Because previously they are not members of ESIC due to high salary. Seeking the guidance please help.
