Hello, I have question regarding ESIC, suppose the employee is out of ESIC however if he took some leaves in a particular month and then his gross salary comes less than 21000, then the person is eligible for ESIC?

Dear Friend, ESIC applicability is on gross salary not on his working days, so in your case he is not eligible.
