Hello, I need details on policy on accidents of employee, what should be added in it?

You need to study and incorporate provisions under the Factories Act and ESI which cast bare minimum obligation on employers provided yours is a Factory.
You need to also consider Employee s Compensation Act( formerly Workmen' Compensation Act) and insurance cover.

Accident causes due to Hazards as identified in the work process. It's good that ur Management wish to design n Implement an Accident Policy for this few steps are reauied as:
Identification of Risk
Risk Assessment
Measures to be taken to stop a accident as use of PPEs n Training etc.
Than a policy can be designed.
