I am working as HR Officer and i have completed my probation period of three months, and i am fresher for HR field otherwise i have four experience and i am doing MBA in HR 3rd semester. at the time of interview M.D. told me that your salary will be increased after three months. Now it is the time. please suggest me how i told him for my increment. i will give my appraisal for him. i mean how i told him whether i write a email or verbally. And also tell me before me there is no HR deptt how he evaluate my deptt whether i improve organization or not. HR Audit form i have downloaded from your cite and plz let me know who filled the HR Audit?
