change in wage structure of employees by merging allowances except HRA in basic wage-Whether notice of change required


Post PF judgment on PF pertaining to allowances. most of the employers are required to realign/restructure wages by merging certain allowances paid to employees in basic wage. Whether notice of Change under section 7A would be required or not??
