As per my knowledge, first of all, check whether any employee's basic wage is above 15000. Why? Because it is not possible to contribute EPS amount of more than 1250 (max 15000), but it is possible to contribute EPF amount even if the basic wage is above 15000. I think in your case, this may have happened. Please check.
