I was in the process of joining an organization , on the first day they collected all the documents including Form 13 (for opening a new PF account) however I did not sign any offer letter from them , I had not even updated my bank account details so I drew no salary and I found a better offer so I told them I wont be continuing to join them anymore to which they had no problem and I left this organisation within 24 days.
Some days later I saw that my aadhar authentication details have been used by EPFO for authentication . Can this organisation which I left, open a new PF account even though I did not take any salary nor formally joined them? I am asking this because I don't my UAN number to show this employment because neither i have appointment letter nor reliving letter.
