I have joined organization A on 31march 2021 and left within a week due to some issue. Later I joined another organization B on 8th April 2021. I haven't got any salary from A but they have created PF account and mentioned end date as 4th may and this is overlapping with my current organization B. My question is - will there be any issue in future because of this. If yes then how can I solve it?

Hi,

I hope you left from Company A without any information ? Hence they might had proceeded with disciplinary process warning followed by termination and marked LWD as 4th May. However as you joined Company B on 8th Apr,21 obviously overlapping will be there. But as your stint with company A is very limited you are not going to claim it and hence hopefully there will not be any issue.

I am not worrying about my current job because current job hiring manager itself asked me to do it. I am worrying if I switch in future will new employer object based on epfo record? If object then are there other companies who allow employee with such type of issue.
