I have joined a company named Mainframe energy solar solutions, delhi jhandewalan based.
company was very tight in releasing staff salary, some time for 2-3 months they dont used to pay.
helplessly i left the company with proper intimation and notice of 15 days.
i joined in January and left finally on august. Since then company has shut its mouth close. neither they reply nor release due salary for more than 3 months.
unfortunately such companies are still existing in the market spoiling the future of candidates.
Delhi government or labour department should take a strict action against such companies.
please advice how to get back my salary from more than 3 months.
