I have joined a company named Mainframe Energy Solar Solutions in Delhi, Jhandewalan-based. The company was very lax in releasing staff salaries; sometimes, for 2-3 months, they didn't used to pay. Helplessly, I left the company with proper intimation and a notice period of 15 days. I joined in January and finally left in August. Since then, the company has closed its doors. They neither reply nor release the due salary for more than 3 months. Unfortunately, such companies still exist in the market, spoiling the future of candidates.
