I would like to know about the criteria of sexual harassment committee . How many women are needed for making sexual harassment committee and how many people are in this committee and other details. please give me the details regarding sexual harassment act .

Please read the Text of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and gazetted on 9.12.2013.
You will do better to also read the Vishaka Judegemnt of our Honourable Supreme Court of India, to begin with.
Under Section-4 of the aforesaid Act 2013, Internal Committee is to be constituted by Every Employer of Organizations by s/he Nominating Four Members 50% of whom shall be Women including the Presiding Officer who shall always be a Woman Employee - 3 from amongst Employees and the 4th Member from Non-Employees fulfilling the prescribd Qualifications/Virtues.
Comply with the Provisions faithfully and properly.
