Thank you for helping us alot ,we all are learning something new every day from this site. As im a hr professional i need help in drafting mail/or notice to all employees fo using their official mail id for sending mails.Please help me regading this as i will be vey obliged to you all.

Dear Divya,
This appears to be a simple matter, no complexities are involved. Therefore, I recommend writing the draft of the circular on your own and uploading it here.
However, as of now find out whether there was delay from IT Department on allotment of the official email ID. Secondly, those who have used the personal email ID for the official communication, ask them why they did it. Find out whether there was breakdown of the server or any technical snag. It is better to issue the circulars after taking stock of the situation.
