I have offer of CTS and they do third party Background Verification check. My one of previous organization is closed so there is no mail response from official mail id and physical verification also failed.
Now CTS BGV team asked me for form 16 of that organization for financial year 2013-2014 but that time my salary was under tax slab so I do not have form 16.
I have all other documents like relieving letter \ Service letter having my joining date and last working date, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips , bank statements and PF number.
Please let me know will my BGV will be approved with above documents. Thank you in advanced.

What I suggest, you should try with your HR Head or Senior most personnel from you company convincing the facts. Prepare a tabulation of the salary sheets with you and bank statement, PF pass book / statement from your portal.

Company closing and moving away are not in your control.As learned member above mentioned collate all salary slips/pf statement etc of previous company and show it to management.
