The company has a private office in the north state and planning to open a branch office in Karnataka. what is the procedure to get it done? what one needs to keep in mind.

Hi Ashes,
You need register your office under Shop & Establishment Act. Below mentioned documents required:
1. MOA & AOA
2. Pan Card
3. Lease Agreement
4. List of Directors
5. Child Labour Declaration
6. Director Aadhar Card etc
