How to de-register a firm from ESIC - tried to but failed?

Can anybody help me de-registering a firm from ESIC ? I have just tried to do but failed.

Once covered, a firm can be deregistered from ESI coverage only by the ESI Corporation. You may have to approach ESIC for the purpose.
