A tricky situation indeed, as Company A is not changing the relieving date, normally no organisation would amend the relieving order after more than two years, you will have to stick to your version and could substantiate it by submitting an affidavit to that effect.

You may swear an affidavit, attesting the facts that the last day you served 'A' was on 5th July and you never worked with them thereafter. Get the affidavit sworn before the notary. As a further proof you can produce the salary slip of July.

You can mention your efforts to get it amended by 'A' but is not not agreed by them, too in your affidavit.

Dear Friend,
I do not see any fault in part of employer "C" for not considering your relive letter. In the instant case none of your document is correct either "A" or "B", if you are showing both. What is the requirement of "C" ? If you have not put a longer period in "A" then better not to disclose in your CV.
You are blaming your employer "A" having poor salary & poor HR. But we do not see any worthiness within you by which you can blame the employer. You have left the employer without complying the norms and collecting your relive letter.
The afidavit would not be acceptble because the change of date/day is not by the swear taker, rather of other entity who has maintained his registers. But one way can be possible, if the concerned party able to pursue the court and by virtue of a direction made to "A" for issue of a fresh release letter with amended date.

Dear friend,
Our silly mistakes make us suffer. It is better not to talk what has happened rather should careful to make our tomorrow better. Now your priority to convince the HR of "C" what other option to be followed except the date ammendment by "A". Or "B". Your PF would not go else where ff your CV is ammended. Did not you transfer PF from A to B?
