my company is registered under bombay shop establishment act but registered office of the company is situated at ahmedabad, gujarat so to draft leave policy which act should i follow?
Bombay shop establishment-as it registered under the same
or
Gujarat shop establishment-as company is situated at ahmedabad-gujarat
please guide on the said matter

Shops and Commercial Establishment Act is a state Act and therefore, the respective state Act should be followed to draft leave rules ( and other conditions of services of employees)

Your Mumbai office has to follow leave policy under the Bombay Shop Establishment Act, from whom you obtained the registration., so to draft which act should i follow.
Your Registered Office will come under the Gujurat Shop Establishment Act as it is existing at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the leave policy will be under the Gujurat Shop Establishment Act.
