Yours must be a Govt-aided Educational Institution and the employee must be a Fixed Term Contract employee I think. Whatever it be, the service conditions applicable to the permanent employees are applicable to contract employees during their contract period.

Thank you sir for reply,
I am employee of Govt-aided Educational Institution and working on as Fixed Term Contract employee on consolidated salary. The employer is not giving us any leave other than CL and when we ask about the rules of leave they are not providing any information. Can you please some rules related documents.
Thank you

Dear Agrawal,
I presume that you would have been in the service of a Private-aided School or a Junior College in the State of Maharashtra. If so, that institution is subject to the purview of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools ( Conditions of Service ) Regulations Act,1977 and the MEPS(C&S)Rules,1981.
My cursory glance of the Act and the Rules in the net reveals that -
you are entitled to various leaves viz., C.L, Special C.L, Half-pay Leave, Extraordinary Leave, Maternity Leave and Earned Leave at variable rates depending upon your days of vacation enjoyed.
In case of any grievances in this regard, You can make direct representation to the Management or the Department Authorities through the School Management.
Better, consult your Association.

Dear Sir,
I am serving in Govt. aided engineering college as contract basis lecturer.
I have asked to our management officials about the leave rules they have just saying that the leave rules applied to regular employee are not applicable to contract employee. Kindly provide some reference regarding the leave rules for us so that we can show the documents to them.
Thank you
