Dear Seniors, Need your valuable suggestions/guidance,
I am working with MNC which is registered under Haryana Shop & Establishment, we have other branches located other locations as Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi etc.,
We are planning to revised our leave policy, Currently we are providing EL-15, SL-10 & CL-15, Paternity - 3days, Maternity as per Statuary compliance.
I have below queries, kindly provide your kind advise:
1. Leave Rules should be set up as per HQ or according to each location.
2. Could anyone provide me latest Leave Rules as mentioned in Haryana Shop & Establishment.
3. Is EL-15 in a year is fine as per Statuary compliance.

1. Leave Rules should be set up as per HQ or according to each location. - Leave rules will differs as per state.
2. Could anyone provide me latest Leave Rules as mentioned in Haryana Shop & Establishment. - please refer https://www.simpliance.in/ for updates or notifications
3. Is EL-15 in a year is fine as per Statuary compliance. - NO. EL differs state to state thus you need to follow as per norms of states in which your office falls in. As an example as per bombay shops 21 EL is compulsory.
