Dear team,
My employer told me 2 years bond and 3months notice period. 1 year after I joined they asked me to sign on 20 rupees bond for 2 years period from the date of my joining. They have not given me a copy for my reference.
Here my query is, is this bond valid?
Can I serve my notice during this bond period? Or after finishing my bond period only should I serve 3 months notice period?
When it comes to my employer side i.e. if they terminate an employee they have to give 2months notice which is stated on offer letter, but they don't do this. They fire employees immediately without any notice.
So, I just want to be safe side. Kindly let me know whether I can serve notice period during bond period.
I also attached a relevant information from my offer letter.
