As per my understanding AP govt not going to change minimum wages (same as effective from April'2017) because govt declaring MW on basis of CPI given by Shimla bureau of index. And for this half year CPI low by 1.17 (276.33-277.5) .

PFA copy of AP Govt's Gazette Notification on DA payable from 1st Oct '17. There has been no change in the MW payable in AP & Telangana upto March '18. Regards.
