One of our staff who had joined (registered in ESIC) on 2012 had not used ESIC till date. Recently when he went to the dispensary they had informed to change the validity period from HR as it has been expired long back. How do i change the validity period. I have captured his and his family aadhar details already in the site but still unable to make changes in the card validity. Kindly advice.
