company must already have a system of percentile for each head, just open the previous month’s register and sheets, this will be clear to you

system to prepare payslip and salary structure both are diff.
system to prepare payslip represent the shortage of adequate facility of software or person,
but salary structure is company policy, where nobody from outside can make modification, whatsoever the company policy has designed for the payroll should be put in the software / system
you can "salary structure" in the forum, where many excel sheets are available and also the breakup system.
