Dear Sir, I would like to have clarification on gratuity,
Can I claim gratuity on full salary if company never ever given any breakup on salary nor have provided any salary slip with any breakup.
This is limited company. They deduct 200/- towards professional tax.
Currently drawing salary was Rs. 40000/-
