Also while regularising my service I accept all terms and demand less salary than my actual pay to stay at place which is 60 km from my Home. But god knows what happen they made my transfer from this place unnecessarily.within my colleagues I am senior having 6 years of experience rather than my junior.but I didn't know why they made my transfer rather than my junior.can I do any action against them or what will be remedies on this issue because my mother is suffered by heart desease and each and every time someone have to be present with her because at instantly his bp will raise in that case we have to hospitalise her.. In my family my father is old age person and he dies not get any pension only I m young so for taking care of both of them and financially supporting my family.so what can I do please give me suggestion.what should I do anything

Dear Anilbele,
Looks like you are very much disturbed. Dont panic. Your transfer is legal provided your management give you proper notification within the guidelines of your insitution and as per your offer as most of the offers will have transfer clause in general. Rather than investigating the reasons for transfer and comparing with others, please speak to your management explaining your situation with proofs and try to make them understand. Transfer is a matter of employment. So, I dont see any possible action you can take against them (from what you described). Check the transfer, promotion, demotion policies of your institution which may give you more inputs. Stay cool and win the game.

Dear Anil Bele,

This is in addition to what previous member has said. I would like to put forth my views from the internal dynamics of the company.

Rather than your junior, you have been transferred to a location that is 180 KM away. This shows that management has great faith on you. They might not have got a suitable person at that place hence your transfer. Opposite side of this viewpoint is that transfer could be a ploy to remove you. May be that management does not want you to continue hence they have created such a condition that you will be forced to quit the employment. Now which possibility is correct that you need to assess.

Now you have two options. One is to accept the transfer and join at the new place. This will help you to maintain monthly cash flow that you need badly considering your family responsibilities. The second option is to quit the employment and search for a new one. Nevertheless, the risk of this option is that you will have to wait till you get new employment and you could be unemployed. Another risk is that status of unemployment reduces the candidate's bargaining power. Therefore, decide which option is economically viable.

In addition to this, I would like to appreciate your sense of filial responsibility. God bless you!

Thanks,

Dear sir,
I am anil bele.
I. Also want solution on this issue that in college to which I have transferred by the management has working in very bad condition in which employee didn't got salary from past 8 month so how can I join in such a situation because my original workplace has no such problem. What should we do as management says that salary is to be drawn from your workplace. As I am only one who is running my home then how can I manage in such a unfavourable condition.
