Dear All,
as a employer I was inquiring a PF settlement at EPFO Delhi, as per case EPFO records shows that amount has tranffered first in 2006 and got withdrawal in 2007. Employee is currently working in company since last 15 years, he never applied PF withdrawal.
When I raised the same point to accounts deptt and shows the copy of form 13 in which PF dept has transfer the money on another PF account that doesn't belongs to employee.
The accountant got very angry and simply say that we have transferred and refused to provide the bank detail on which account the money was sent. The way he talks "Tu idhar Sun, tu kya kaam krta company me" now my question is
1. If EPFO staff misbehave like that and use cheap language what we can do as a Employer.
2. What we can do further because the person is not ready to share any information.

Please escalate the matter in writing giving completed details about the case to the Commissioner.Send your complaint by Regd post Ack due with copies of all correspondence

1. It will be more better if you may submit a detailed representation to the officer incharge of EPFO writing clearly as to what you want.
2. Thereafter. after gape of some time, you may submit an RTI application to said department to know the details of what action taken on your said representation etc. etc.

Please write to EPFO Vigilance. You will find the mail id in Google. cvo@epfindia.gov.in Presently I think Ms Alka Jha IPS is the Chief Vigilance Officer.

Mr. Harsh Kumar Mehta has aptly answered, please submit your complaint to the Commissioner of EPFO or the Office in Charge wait for a week or so, if you wont get any reply you can apply with RTI. You can also esclate your complaint online too, in the grievance cell

1. Sir, necessary literature regarding procedure to file RTI request is available on the website of the Central Information Commission. If desired, you can download the same and take action accordingly.
2. Further since the initiator of this thread belong to Delhi area, from the website of EPFO, Delhi area, the name/designations of the CPIO and Appellate Authority under RTI (in respect of EPFO, Delhi area) can be ascertained and relevant request can be filed with the authorised officer and if information not received within 30 days, you can file an appeal.
