I have worked with an organization for 1 year and 1 month. I left the organization 8 months ago. Now, I want to claim provident fund from the company. Will I receive the entire amount of both employee and employer contributions, or am I eligible for partial payment?

Yes. You will get both the amounts from EPFO. Download the Form 19 and 10C, sign it attesting 2 nos. of 1/- revenue stamps with a canceled bank cheque leaf and submit it to your employer. They are supposed to authorize it and submit it to the PF office within 5 days. The payment will be credited to your bank account in a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 20 days.

Thank u Stephen. But they have asked me to submit just Form 19. They said I am not eligible for Pension fund amount so Form 10 C us not required to be submitted by me. what can i do in this case
