Dear umesh,
An employee worked with my company and she went off. After a year same employee came to my company, in pf they asking to give same pf no if they didnt claim Form 19&10C. Now i asked with EDP department of EPFO to clarify my doubt but they said u give same no change the D.O.J but i know this is not good idea. Now my doubt is how should i re-register this kind of employee in EPFO E-RETURN TOOL (software)
*Employee didnt claim form19&10c
*I mentioned D.O.L in E-RET TOOL when employee went out.
* We are EDLI exemptioned so i sent left deatil of the same employee when the employee went out.
Thanks & Regards,
