Congrats for a well drafted manual.
I would have liked it more if you had added Safety rules, Hierarchy and organisation structure,
Do also add Working hours. Though you have covered induction program, it does not reflect the company layout.
You have done a good job, doesn't speak about Sexual Harassment..
