Please senior is it right to terminate appointment of a worker who has already tender his resignation letter expecting acceptance but later received termination letter because he was found creating problems during the notice the worker gave to the company. Is there any case at all? Has the hr manager taking the right step. Thank you

It is a debatable issue, legally if the resignation is accepted then the employer should avoid giving termination, but what if any employee after resigning misbehave with fellow staff, seniors etc or there is a gross code of misconduct, wherein the employer are forced to terminate such employee, who feels that they cannot be terminated and can do any mischief after resignation.
