I have worked for Accenture and was resigned in the year 2014 january
Now i am trying to withdraw my PF
I came to know that there is a procedure to claim the PF without the attestation of the previous employer if UAN is available
I am unable to get the forms and i am unable to know to whom ot what address the documents needs to be submitted
My PF number shows the account is from Mumbai /Bandra location

Yes you can do that if the following are completed:-
1) UAN is tagged with Adhar card
2) Uan Kyc is updated and verified by employer
3) Uan is tagged with Bank account number
4) Fill online form 19 and file withdrawal

Dear concern,
To withdrawal PF without attestation of employer it is required that you UAN must be activated second your KYC must be updated i.e. PAN, AADHAR & BANK A/C
If you full fill these cretaria, you need to download a PF withdrawal form 'UAN based form through EPFO official site, sign this and forward to related EPFO.

Dear concern,
you can withdrwal the pf with the help of form 19 and 10c if your don't have UAN number but today pf department is asking for UAN number because it's helpful for trashing your details,
and you can generate UAN number by own self you don't require any employer
step for generate UAN number go to UAN employee portal and generate there UAN number and fill for 31UAN for withdrawing pf without employer and also available form 19UAN and 10c UAN for withdrawing pf without employer for further communication You can call me 9671259480,
